We were fortunate to be located on an outstanding golf course with lots. Our lots not only looked over the course but well beyond with striking mountain views in the distance with green grass in the foreground. Our customers were amazed at the vistas they could see and watch great golfers enjoy the Arizona Desert.
We selected Legend Trail because it was located in beautiful North Scottsdale, Arizona. We designed all our homes around the views that we had to work with and created one of the best designed products ever produced inthat market.
Our views were so spectacular that many customers were overwhelmed with the fantastic Arizona sunsets and sunrises.
Legend Trail is just stunning! It is definitely a resort style community. Nothing reminds you of the urban clustered, cookie style home design you can find anywhere else but here.You want to stop and look at every home and every corner. You can tell by the lavish landscaping how much the homeowners care for their properties and love being here.
As you go for a walk, you will notice hidden trails between the homes which allow you to take in the stunning views of the purple mountains in the distance. You will go over little creeks, enjoy the blue lakes at the lavish greens of the golf courses and if you are lucky, you would spot desert bunnies and fawns hopping by.
The serenity and the tranquility of the place definitely reflects resort style living.
Legend Trail was a unique 640 acre section of land, located in the State Trust Land but privately owned. This unique location allowed us to develop and build a project that was totally surrounded by State/City trust land with nothing but Mountains and high Sonoran landscape to look at. We took it upon ourselves to create a idyllic style of home that would capture all the best views that we were afforded. We developed 5 different product lines and created one of the premier Master Planned Communities in North Scottsdale.

Nothing stood between us and the vibrant desert. Staring at the unlimited space fanned out before me, I felt magnified and ethereal, yet grounded.... I'd forgotten how enlivening it could feel, seeing clearly and far. Aridity frees light. It also unleashes grandeur.... Desert beauty was "sublime" in the way that the romantic poets had used the word—not peaceful dales but rugged mountain faces, not reassuring but daunting nature, the earth's skin and haunches, its spines and angles arching prehistorically in sunlight.
